Maine Coast Road Trip Itinerary
This leg-stretching road trip along the Maine coast is a perfect way to take in the whole coast. These “hikes” (some may be better classified as “strolls”) offer views of the rugged, serene, and urban side of Maine (shoutout Back Cove). The order of this list is from south to north, so if you have 2+ days, following the itinerary from Ogunquit to Lubec is a fantastic way to see the whole coast. The best part? These trails are great for any season, but be sure to bring some spikes or snowshoes for the winter!
So put those Crocs into sport mode and hop in the car, it’s time to hit the ocean views.
P.s. - We’ve added our favorite local Maine coffee shop recommendations for each location to give you an extra pep in your step on these Instagram-worthy walks.
